Albert Mosqueda "Buz" passed away peacefully on December 27, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 15, 1972 in Yonkers, NY to his father René Mosqueda and predeceased mother Patricia Mosqueda. He has four siblings René (Nino) Mosqueda (Nelga), Joseph Mosqueda, Melanie Mosqueda, and Melissa Carrion (Danny). He fell in love with his high school sweetheart Ivette Cordero, whom he later married on October 25, 1997. They went on to have four beautiful children; Kimberlee R. Mosqueda (Christopher R. Greenan), Kayla R. Mosqueda, Karina R. Mosqueda and Albert Mosqueda Jr. He also has a beautiful granddaughter, Róisín M. Greenan. Albert was extremely passionate about music which he shared with friends and family alike. Whether it was wearing headphones, being a part time DJ, or using a loudspeaker for everyone to hear; music followed him wherever he went. He was also a die-hard New York Knicks fan. Albert loved tattoos and had ones representing his great loves including his mother, his wife, his four children, his granddaughter, and the Knicks. As much as he hated planes, Albert loved to travel with his wife and children. He was able to go to Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, and Italy with them. It also didn't matter where they were, he always knew how to find a coffee shop and pastries. Albert loved fishing with his brother in law Angel Rios and good friends Angel "Raz" Montes and Albert Alfonso. He was known for bringing animals home including his dog Lucky which he brought home in a shoebox, and fought to keep the many cats he gave a home to like Salem, Zuko, and Lilith. He also had a fish tank with several different types of fish Albert brought an energy that was indescribable wherever he went. He was known for his incredible sense of humor and he knew how to make people laugh without even trying. He was a great listener and gave advice not only to his children, but also his nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly. Albert is also survived by his mother in law, Concepcion Cordero; his sister-in-laws Ana Khader (Issa Khader) and Myrian Rios (Angel Rios), his brother-in-law José A. Cordero as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his pets, Amber and Bailey
