The Magic of a Mother's Touch There's Magic in a Mother's Touch And sunshine in her smile There's love in everything she does To make our lives worthwhile We can find both hope and courage Just by looking in her eyes Her laughter is a source of joy , Her words are warm and wise There is kindness and compassion To be found in her embrace; And we see the light of Heaven Shining from a Mother's face. Our beautiful Mother, Herminia "Mimi" Nigrello, entered into eternal rest on February 26,2024. Born to Manuel and Albertina Peixoto in Yonkers on April 6, 1929, she passed just shy of her 95th birthday. Mimi is reunited with her beloved husband Alexander Nigrello , her loving sister Celeste Peixoto, as well as her parents. Al and Mimi were married in Yonkers on January 15, 1955 and some time later they welcomed their children Allen, Tina, and Robert. Mimi was loved by everyone who had the good fortune of meeting her People delighted in her infectious smile and the twinkle in her eye. She was a kind, generous, and nurturing soul who was born to be a Mother. She loved her family beyond measure. Mimi is survived by her adoring children Allen, Tina (James) , and Robert as well as her only grandchild James Scanlon who was the Apple of her eye. Her love will live on forever in our hearts. ate' nos encontrarmos novamente!
