When I got assigned to the 46 pct. Freddy and his partner Brian and a couple of others took me under their wing and showed me the ropes.
Later on throughout our career we would briefly cross paths and always asked each other how the job was going and how our families were doing.
Several years ago whilst vacationing in Florida, I was fortunate to spend time with Freddy and his lovely family, two years in a row and looked forward to repeating that.
A great cop, great family man, great friend but most of all a great man!
