Debra "DeeDee" DeAngelo was a caring daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world unexpectedly on May 4th, 2024, at the age of 65.

She was born to Anna Kimber and Vincent Shelley on November 25, 1958. Debra met and married Edward Martines and together they had 6 beautiful children: Joe, Edward, Shane, James, Julie, and Jason. After graduating, Debra received her RN license and worked as a nurse at the VA hospital in Northport.

Debra is survived by two of her six children Joe and Julie, grandchildren Brianna and Dante Delgado, great-granddaughter Alicia Manriquez, mother, Anna, siblings, Robert Shelley, Andrew Shelley, Zorina Cookie[Richie] Palmer, Natalie[Stephen]Schneider, Delores Giglio, Elizabeth[Anthony] Diodati, Rosemarie Maggiore, Anna Shelley, Wendy[Joe] Rapoza, Caryn[Robert] Lediuzet, Jamie Shelley, and Kerri[William] Merwin and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her children Edward, Shane, James, and Jason, and her father Vincent.

Debra loved her family, friends, and dogs/cat (Onxy, Fawn & Cici). Her dream was to purchase a travel camper and live freely on the open roads, allowing her to spend more time with her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday, May 18th from 1-4 pm at Sinatra Funeral Home at 499 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704. If anyone would like to send flowers you are more than welcome, and it would be appreciated.
