Nessa,
To my cousin. The one I grew up with. Went to school with.
Summers at your house being teenage girls.
The shock on our face when we both walked into the same internship location and laughed.
Life was great when things were basic, no worries, being us and being kids. I only wish we can have those days back.
I’m glad I was able to share your last moments with you. Talk to you and visit you.
You will always be in my heart and on my mind. I love you cousin with all my heart.
Now it’s your time to be the greatest mom you can be and look over your kids. Until we meet again cousin. Love you always!

Vanessa was a young admirable happy person. She was always willing to help others.
Although at our employment we are obligated to wear masks. I would always say something as I was passing by to make her smile. Even when she tried to ignore me, she could not. Mostly because I would not allow her to. :)
You will be missed and in my heart your position as a medical assistant at St John's will always be yours.
There will never be " The NEW Vanessa"
You will be missed !!!
Love "The Real Maritza"

Vanessa, it is so hard to believe that you are no longer here with us. In the short time I knew you we were not just co-workers but became good friends. We would talk about everything, work, relationships, but mainly about our kids. You were such a sweet, kind, and feisty girl, and most importantly an AWESOME mother to your children! Nothing can ever replace a mother's love and I pray that your children are able to maneuver the world without your physical guidance and become the amazing people you always wanted them to be. I will miss running into you and not seeing you because you were so little and I'm so tall, sometimes I wouldn't see you, I will miss our heart to hearts, the food you used to bring me, especially that sausage and pasta salad, and most of all that laugh of yours! I am so happy I got to see and talk to you one last time, that will forever live in my heart, I love you girl! Rock the Heavens!

First and foremost, I would like to send my deepest condolences to Vanessa's family. Vannessa was a wonderful person who I witnessed every day the love for her children and her attentiveness to their needs. Vanessa was my coworker and I had the privilege of having lunch with her on a daily basis. Her conversations with her children is what I will remember the most. She was a stern but loving mom, I will miss her and always carry her in my heart. SIP in peace Angel.
