Joseph Perrone Jr. entered into rest on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Marie (Marinacci) for 70 wonderful years. Loving father of Alfred Joseph Perrone (Donna) and Donna Napoletano (Domenick). Cherished grandfather of DawnMarie Rodman (Michael), Justin Napoletano (Vanessa), Joseph Perrone (Gianna), Corrine Delia (Joseph), Bobbi Maurshock (Edward), Amanda Bruno, and Stefanie Cardella. Adoring great-grandfather of 14 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Mary & Joseph Perrone Sr & 12 siblings.
Joseph's devotion to his family was boundless. He served in the Korean War, displaying courage and dedication. Joseph worked for Naclerio Contracting with Local 282 Teamsters for over 30 years and later an Operating Engineer for Local 15 for 10 years, exemplifying hard work and commitment.
He was a selfless, loving father who cherished his family dearly. A devoted member of the Holy Name Society of Mount Carmel and the Knights of Columbus in Mount Vernon, Joseph's faith and community involvement were integral parts of his life.
Visitation will be held at Sinatra Memorial Home, 499 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY, on Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 2 PM to 6 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held at Saint Eugene's RC Church, 707 Tuckahoe Road, Yonkers, NY, on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 11:15 AM.
Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, 280 Secor Road, Hartsdale, NY.
