Pietro Colantonio of Yonkers, died on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the age of 89. Pietro was born on April 27, 1935 in Colledimezzo, Province of Chieti, Italy to the late Edmondo and Felicia Colantonio. Pietro was a dedicated and hardworking individual who always put the needs of others ahead of his own. Pietro was known for his expert tailoring and gardening skills. He took pride in his garden, nurturing it day and night. Pietro married Caterina Forchetti at San Giovanni Church in Colledimezzo, Italy. Pietro's pride and joy was his family. Beloved father of Edmondo(Mirella) Colantonio. He is survived by his grandchildren, Monica Colantonio and Peter(Claudia) Colantonio. His great-grandchildren Vincenzo and Emelina Colantonio lit up his life. Pietro is also survived by his siblings, Anna, Giuliana, Biagio, Antonio, Rita, Teresa and Lucia. His sisters Maria predeceased him.
