Lorry was one of my dearest friends and colleagues in the English department. We laughed a lot and enjoyed some good times together, the Circle Line trip was unforgettable and the only time I have seen the Statue of Liberty. The library will never be the same. Your years of service unmatched. You lived a good life, raised a family, and influenced and helped so many. How many can say that? Rest in peace my friend.
