Luigi N. Iessi, age 76, of Yonkers died Thursday, June 17, 2010. Mr. Iessi was born April 7, 1934 in Catanzaro,Calabria, Italy the son of the late Vittorio and Elisabetta Iessi. He was self employed as a painter. He is survived by his beloved wife Josephine (Di Rubba) Iessi,
one daughter: Lisa Iessi- Bonavita and one son: Vittorio (Christine) Iessi. Loving brother of
Bruno, Antonio, Rosetta & Concetta Iessi. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and was predeceased by a brother, Frank and a sister Berrina Columbo, and by one grandson, Joseph Louis Bonavita. Friends may call on Friday from at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00 at Our Lady Of Mt. Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave., Yonkers. Entombment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
