Mauro Angarano, age 83, of Yonkers died Saturday, June 19, 2010. Mr. Angarano was born October 22, 1926 in Bari, Italy the son of the late Antonio and Maria Rosa (D'Elia) Angarano. Mauro was a member of the Enrico Mucci Club and proprietor of the Novelart Gallery in Yonkers for 33 years. Beloved husband of the late Rosa Settepani Angarano. Devoted father of Anthony (Annthersa) Angarano and Mike (Maria) Angarano. Dear brother of Porzia, Paulina and Michelina all from Italy. Loving Grandfather of Anthony, Nicholas, Michael and Marco Angarano.
Friends may call on Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 11:00 at St. John the Baptist Church, 570 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Entombment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale.
