Pat was a very kind man. He owned our building and I helped him with small maintenance issues. He would take me around with him and exposed me to many of lifes practical situations. He once took us fishing in Sheepshead bay where i became violently ill!. He was a hard working sincere man and was very loving to his wife and children. I was friends with Phil and knew the rest of the family. I am sorry for your loss.
