Giuseppe DiLello, a long time resident of Yonkers, passed away July 27, 2010 at the age of 76. Born on March 29, 1934 in Colledimezzo, Italy to Giovannina and Giovanni DiLello, he immigrated to the United States in 1956. He married his wife, Silvana (DeGasperis) on September 30, 1962. Giuseppe was employed as a foreman by Thalle Construction Company for over 30 years before retiring in 1999. He was a member of Westchester Heavy Construction Local 60 and The Italian National Club. Giuseppe is survived by his loving wife, Silvana, son Michael, daughter Susanna and son-in-law Marco Bertolozzi, and his sister, Mary DelBene. He is also survived by his five cherished grandchildren Jessica, Jacqueline and Joseph DiLello and Erica and Julia Bertolozzi, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff of Calvary Hospital. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home 601 Yonkers Ave. Yonkers.
