Frank Barbieri, Sr. of Yonkers, NY, Passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 14, 2010. Frank was born on July 11, 1936 to Giovanni Rocco and Maria Carmela (DeLuca) Barbieri in Cardinale, Calabria, Italy. Frank worked for Otis Elevator as a crane operator for ten years, he also worked as a construction worker for Laborer Union Local # 235 for over 30 years. He was a life time volunteer at Bryn Mawr Boys and Girls Club in Yonkers. Husband to Dolores Barbieri. Loving father to Frank (Jennifer) Barbieri, Jr. , Teresa Lattin and Diana (David) Robinson. Cherished grandfather to Mary Lattin, Nicholas Barbieri, Jamie Robinson, Juliana Barbieri and Christopher Lattin. Dear brother to Joseph Barbieri, Elizabeth Pellegrino, Natalina Sinopoli, Antonio Barbieri, Nick Barbieri, Salvatore Barbieri and Maria Teresa Oppedisano. Friends may call Friday 2-5 and 7-9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home 601 Yonkers Ave. Yonkers, NY. Funeral mass Saturday 10 AM St. John the Baptist Church. Entombment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
