Vincent V. Odierno, age 87, of Yonkers died Saturday, February 19, 2011. Mr. Odierno was born August 27, 1923 in New York, NY the son of the late Ralph and Nancy (Astrella) Odierno. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Beloved husband to the late Theresa Odierno, she died in 1995. Loving father to Vincent Odierno and Donald Odierno. Dear Brother to Rita Miele, Donald Odierno and Ralph Odierno. Cherished grandfather to Lisa Rodecker; Richard Odierno Jillian Odierno, Justin Odierno and Karlett Odierno. Great Grandfather to Jordan Rodecker and Trevor Rodecker. Predeceased by his Brother, Anthony Odierno and Sister Nettie Tagliaferro. Friends may call on Tueday from 2-4 to 6-9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, Ok. 73123-1718.
