William (Bill) Falvo
William Falvo, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, passed away on Friday, May 20 with his family by his side.
Born August 15, 1944 to Frederick and Anne Falvo, he worked for IBM for 35 years before moving on to become Director of Focus Suites of NY. Bill retired in 2009, spending his time volunteering for numerous charities as well as being an active member of the Anthony Maggiacomo Sons of Italy Lodge.
Bill is predeceased by both his parents and his wife Candy (Bisaccia) Falvo. He is survived by his wife Maria (Botticelli) Falvo; daughter Meredith (Falvo) DeMatteis (Nicholas); son Christopher Falvo (Sarah) and granddaughter Ella; and his stepchildren Louis Botticelli, Catherine Botticelli-Adorno (Anthony) and Diana Botticelli. Friends may call at the Sinatra Funeral Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., on Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Ann's Church on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
