Frank A. Torre of Pawling, NY formerly of Dobbs Ferry, NY died peacefully on Tuesday, September 18 with his loving family by his side. Born in Yonkers, NY on January 16, 1934 to Frank J. and Angela Torre, he was 78. He and his brothers own and operate Torre Builders Supply Company in Yonkers, NY. Frank served in the United States Army from 1956-1958 and is an active member of the National Guard. He also is a long time member of the Dobbs Ferry V.F.W. Post. Frank was an avid musician who enjoyed playing the drums and listening to jazz. Beloved husband for 54 years of Lola Torre. Those 54 years were filled with love, happiness and devotion. Devoted father of Donna Torre, Frank Torre Jr., Lisa (James) Miller, Jon R. (Ann Marie) Torre, Regina (Richard) Meilman, and Christopher Torre. Cherished "Poppy" of Gianna, Victoria and Nina Braca, Brianna Miller, Jessica, Jenna and Daniela Meilman, Taylorann Torre, and Jon Robert Torre Jr. Loving brother of Robert C. Torre, Albert J. Torre, Marie Della Sorte, and the late Donald R. Torre. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY on Friday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday at 10:45am. Entombment in the Rosewood Mausoleum at Ferncliff Cemetery.
