Dennis B. Politi, age 45, a longtime resident of Yonkers, currently of Hopewell Junction died tragically on Monday, May 20, 2013. Dennis was born January 4, 1968 in Yonkers, NY the son of Dennis and Tina (Grande) Politi. Dennis was employed by City Of Yonkers as a Supervisor with the Department of Parks and Recreation and was a member of the New Roc City Chapter of the Hells Angels. He is survived by his beloved wife Yvonne (Foti) Politi and his former wife Ines Richardson. Loving son of Dennis Politi and Tina Dublin.Dear step-son of Wayne Dublin. Devoted father of Joseph (Jamie) Politi, Brett Politi, and Alyssa Politi, Andrew Politi and Billy Vanderlinden. Dear Brother of Donna Marie (Nick) Mercorelli. Also surviving are his sister-in-law, Donna D'Ambrosio; his nephews: Nicholas, Christopher and George; and his niece Stephanie. Friends may call on Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 at St. John the Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in Rose Hills Memorial Park, Putnam Valley.
