Dennis Leopoldi Sr. 65 of Yonkers passed away peacefully on Thursday July 4th 2013 at Calvary Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born in the Bronx to Louis and Viola Leopoldi on September 17, 1947. He was a beloved husband of 37 years to Eleanor, father of Dennis Jr. and Nicholas, brother of Rick Leopoldi and son in law of Lillian McGuire. Dennis was the owner and operator of D&L Ambulette Inc. for 27 years. He was actively involved in Hillcrest Lakers for numerous years and served multiple terms as the President. He was a big man with an even bigger heart and will be missed by all. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
