As one of the many friends touched by Ed's life, I would like to share my deepest respect and gratitude for knowing Eddie. My dad and he were the closest of friends so that alone tells me what a wonderful man, loving wife and father, and true friend he was. They, along with their wives, shared many wonderful memories together. I can still see all of them laughing and enjoying their time together so many times. I was lucky to be part of that on several occasions. Their laughter will continue to bring a smile to my face for the rest of my life as my life is richer for having known and experienced Eddie's friendship. To Blanche and the entire family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers and find comfort in knowing how many lives he touched. Please know I am with you in thought.
