From Scotland, so sorry for your loss. If I could, I would be there in person. Many wonderful memories of times at family gatherings and in my brief spell as a Special Patrolman in 1965 with the WCPP, knowing 'Red' was around to keep an eye out for me.
A truly wonderful man with such a loving family. Will never forget his distinct voice, clear and precise, when needed, it would be strong and yet you always could hear joy and humour. Will always remember the time he took to speak with my oldest son Andrew at the Poppa reunion in 1999 on our visit at that time. He will be missed here in this world, but knowing he is with other family and cousins that journeyed ahead. When my turn comes, I hope we'll meet and catch up once
again and talk of his days on Princess Street, Edinburgh, Scotland and let him know the Flower Clock is still there. Love you 'Red' and all my love and thoughts to Jane, Susan, Steven and all family members and friends.
