Elia Flores, a resident of Yonkers, passed away on March 30, 2019 at the age of 90 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on July 4, 1928, she was employed as a machine operator for many years. Elia was the beloved wife of Roberto for 66 wonderful years. Loving mother of Rocio. Beloved grandmother of Robert & Tiffany. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Bolivar.
Elia will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her Catholic faith, she will be missed beyond words.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society and St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
Viewing will be held at Community Home for Funerals Inc, Yonkers, NY on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
The Mass of Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Yonkers, NY on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
