I did not know Daniel personally, but I knew his late mother, Anne very well, as we worked together. She always talked very glowingly on him and his family. I also know his sister, Roberta, a lovely woman. I saw Roberta in 2015 when my husband died suddenly of a heat attack. My sympathies go to the Schiavone family, Roberta and her family, including their cousin, Phyllis (Bonanno) Bodewin.
