Maria, you were the most glamorous gym teacher I ever met. I will always remember your bouncy blonde hair, your manicured nails, and your bedazzling smile! You made every person feel special and welcomed. I’m sure you will be teaching the angels all your bowling techniques. I will forever be grateful to have known you, god bless you on your new journey.
Love,
Caroline

So sad! Wonderful person, great sense of humor, had so many laughs. Such a nice family. We bowled together as teenagers at Lincoln Park Lanes, her Mom, Connie ran the junior leagues. Then later at Brunswick on Central Avenue for many years with the Pinbusters. Park Hill neighbor. At Halloween, the decorations were so great, and all the trick or treaters were never disappointed. Beautiful Christmas decorations also for many years! Condolences to Mimi, and all who were close to her.

I taught with Maria at Enrico Fermi from 1988 through 1993. She was well loved by teachers and students alike. I have such fond memories of Maria. I will never forget how she used the "flobee" on Steve's Hair and how we go out to eat Italian food and she taught me to unge ( sp) to soak up all the sauce left in a dish with bread! Thinking about those memories make me smile! I did not know that she had a gliblastoma, I am so Sorry!! Rest in Peace my friend.

I have known and been a friend to Maria for 25+ years. She was always the most kind, considerate and caring person that I know. Even during her own illness she would always take time to ask about my mom and how she was doing. Maria was truly one of a kind. Mimi words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss.
Rest In Peace

It is so heartbreaking hearing of your passing. I remember meeting you so many years ago when you lived on Coyle Place in Yonkers where another one of our long time friends lived. ( Laura Weber ) who has also passed away. As soon as she introduced us we "clicked"., that was the type of person you were. Reading the posts on your memorial page and also on Facebook one can truly see what an amazing and loved person you were. You will be missed by so many people. May you Rest in Peace and be reunited with your Loved Ones.

Mrs. Hadala was one of a kind. She was my elementary gym teacher at Fermi and than I had the pleasure to reconnect with her when my daughter attended Fermi she was her gym teacher as well I have so many great memories with her it saddened me when I heard the news I will miss seeing her during Halloween because we all knew she loved this holiday decorating her house and giving out candy was one of her many hobbies. She also loved bowling ( She was my husband’s bowling coach).
Mrs. Hadala you will be greatly missed by so many, you were loved so much by everyone we are happy that you’re no longer suffering but sad that you left us so soon. I would like to send prayers and comfort to her family
WE LOVE YOU MRS.HADALA ❤️
