My tears are flowing for a friend, a great coworker and a funny guy. I worked with Bahjat for 19 years. He had a great sense of humor but got really upset if you didn’t look at him when he was talking. He would say loudly “ Daisy! You see, why you aren’t looking at me!” Of course I always answered “Bahjat, I listen with my ears not my eyes! Lol, I made him crazy often!
The picture I uploaded was from Bahjat’s birthday celebration at the office this year. He loved sharing the world’s best homemade hummus (he loved to brag - his wife was the best!), eating pizza and betting on the horses.
Bahjat and I had an ongoing joke that he was not allowed to croak at the office. I guess he chose to pass away far from the office but near his most beloved family. His work family will miss him and we truly loved him.
Despite the loss of the physical presence of your husband, father and grandfather, we know that God has assigned him to watch over his family throughout their life.
Bahjat, please don’t argue up in heaven and Rest in Peace!
