Rick was a great guy. He worked at my father's repair shop for many years before working with him again for the City of Yonkers. I worked side by side with Rick during summers at the repair shop while I was in high school. I always joked with my father that Rick taught me more about cars than my father did. I loved working there with Rick, especially busting chops with him and the parts delivery guys, and pulling up a milk crate to sit on and have lunch together. Back then Rick was so skinny but he was one strong dude! My father loved Rick and would tear up every time he discussed Rick's battle with cancer. He will be missed.
