Obituary for LENA D'EMILIO It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful soul, Lena D'Emilio on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Lena was 46 years of age from Yonkers, New York. She recently graduated from the New York School of Esthetics having earned her certificate to pursue a career as an esthetician. She was an avid fan of Alice in Wonderland: "How curious…" and of alternative rock and heavy metal music concerts. She loved the beach; Hawaii having been one of her favorite destinations: "If I could find a way to live here I would". She enjoyed animals of all types and in particular her tabby Timmy, her chihuahua Mojo and parakeet Enzo. Compassionate, fun-loving and family-oriented, Lena enjoyed her life to the fullest and was known for her amazing smile that lit up the hearts of those around her. Lena is survived by her loving family: Jason La Lima, Jr. (son), Maria D'Emilio (mother), Anna D'Emilio & Joseph Nolan (sister & future brother-in-law), Carmine and Christine D'Emilio (brother & sister-in-law), Diana and Stephen Zondarak (sister and brother-in-law), Layla Zondorak (niece), Victoria D'Emilio (niece) and Brandon Zondorak (nephew). She is pre-deceased by her father Falco Antonio D'Emilio and brother-in-law Antonio Velazquez, II.
