Obituary of Joan Di Mase

Joan Helen DiMase born on April 15th 1932, & lifelong resident of Yonkers, NY passed peacefully in her sleep at St John's Riverside Hospital on January 4th. 2021. Beloved Daughter to the late Andrew & Catherine Kressman. Sister to Robert Kressman, James Kressman, Carol Siragusa, Ronald Kressman, and to the late Joyce Fredericks and Jean Kressman. Wife to the beloved and late Rocco A. DiMase, Mother to Rocco V. DiMase and Daughter-in-law Eileen Bartelucci-DiMase. Grandmother to Rocco A. DiMase, Michael J. DiMase (Joanne DiMase) , Matthew J. DiMase (Kassie DiMase), Andrew C. DiMase, Amanda M. Dimase-Jordan, (Jon Jordan). Great Grandmother to, Michael DiMase, Reece DiMase, Kennedy DiMase, and Mattingly DiMase. She was one hell of a woman. She was devoted to her family, loving, kind, generous, and caring. Everything a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, and Great Aunt would be. Joan was a softball player, and an avid bowler in her younger days. She enjoyed life more after retiring as a Clerical Associate in 2009. Joan was a free spirit, and known to her family for all of her cooking (especially pasta nights) and baking skills. She was kind, and giving to family, friends and neighbors alike. She put up so many battles to stay here with us for so many years and now she is at rest. Joan, We love you, Thank you for the memories, thank you for your love and your guidance. You will forever be missed, but we know you are happy to be reunited with your one true love.
