Dear Connie, Melissa and all of Lois' family members,
I knew Lois from work, but I felt a special connection with her beyond a colleague. She was a wonderful, caring person that I will miss very much. If I can say anything about Lois, it's that she always had a way to make someone feel better, even when she, herself, was not feeling her best. I will always remember her smile and how she made me smile. Rest now Lois, we will all miss you. Please accept my sincerest sympathy and deepest condolences.
