Vicky and family:
The girls and I are beyond sad and sorry about the loss of Joe. He was a great friend to me for over 20 years and a genuine hero. His contributions to law enforcement, military, and national security were tremendous. America is lucky to have guys like him.
I hope it helps to know how highly regarded he was by so many people, many of whom you've never even met. Joe was truly one-of-a-kind and working with him was a genuine honor. I learned so much from him and did we ever laugh along the way!
Most of all, I feel so fortunate to have been his friend. I only wish we had another 20 years.
