Deepy sorry to hear the news of our Uncle Nick passing away. The summer trips to Yonkers and Shirley will forever hold many fun and happy memories. Like it was yesterday, I still remember going fishing with Uncle Nick, and of course going clamming on the shores. We would return with sackfuls of fresh clams, which were added to pasta dinner at the end of the day. We would then pack the rest in coolers and make the trek back across the USA/CDN border with probably way too many clams, an illegal amount of wine, and of course boxfuls of the best hairspray and shampoo that money could buy. Uncle Nick was incredible, and will be forever missed. From Catia and Fred and the family, our deepest condolences.
