Uncle Joe,
I miss you! My memories of you from when I was growing up are so vivid as if they just happened. You always made me feel as if I were the only one in the place wherever we were together. I loved talking with you as I got older. And was blessed to have you meet each of my daughters. I will always remember how you asked for each one of them by name and even some of the grands by name as well
You were such the devoted patriot and so proud of your service to the country you loved. This was such an inspiration to me.
I loved how you enjoyed your "golden" years to the fullest, visiting with your children as well as Mary Jo's, and traveling to visit them. I also love that you were a proud member of the Romeos. It took me a while to figure that one out, but it so suited you!!
I will miss you and send all my love to my cousins and their families.
