Heaven just got a little livelier and brighter and a little bit louder too with the laughter and music that will be playing tonight. Frank has been reunited with his true love and together they will forever rest easy and peacefully. My brother was Frank and Barbara's best friend and I was lucky enough to meet them both and call them friends. Give Tommy a hug for me and may you forever be remembered as a special soul who loved and laughed but most of all lived with a heart full of love and compassion. My sincerest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues.
