Kathy and I will always remember Vito's excitement and the way his eyes lit up once he learned that we had lived in the Naples, Italy area for three years. We had some wonderful conversations about the best Neapolitan food, wine, and culture and what made its way to the USA and what didn't. RIP Vito, "Non ti dimenticheremo!"
