Obituary of Vito Vinciguerra
Please share a memory of Vito to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Vito Vinciguerra, a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend. Vito departed this world on November 16, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will be forever treasured. Vito was born on February 5, 1944, in Maddaloni, Italy, where his journey through life began. At the age of 19, he traveled to the United States with his two brothers in search of a better life. Vito was a man who understood the importance of family, and he leaves behind a loving wife, Antonia, and their children, Lisa Costanzo (John), Laura Randazzo (Michael), Gina Perrone (Thomas), and Joseph (Erin). His siblings, Giacomo (Alfonsina), Antonio (Jacqueline), and Caterina (Amodeo), shared in his joys and sorrows. Vito's legacy extends through generations with his grandchildren, John, Felicia, Louis, Robbie. Thomas, Michael. Sophia, Grace, and Patrick. His hard work ethic, kindness and love will continue to guide them through their life journeys. Vito loved to work in his garden and found peace in the simple pleasures of life, especially when he was playing bocce or taking photos and/or videos. However, Vito's true joy came from gathering with family and friends, having a cold drink in hand and good food. In his passing, Vito will be reunited with his sister Pasqualina (Domenico) and brothers Clemente (Angelina) and Michele (Antonietta), sister-in-law Maryann, and his parents Giuseppe and Maria. Vito has found eternal peace. As we mourn his physical absence, we celebrate a life well-lived and a man well-loved. Vito Vinciguerra's memory will live on through the stories told, the traditions continued, and the love he showered upon all fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love of those who have gone before him, and may his family find comfort in the cherished memories that will forever live in their hearts.
