Trent had a Texan, tough-man look (& sound ;)), with an unmistakable way of making the people around him feel like everything would work itself out if they kept trying. The combination has left a mark upon the hearts of many. Of all of the observations that have been written on my teaching, I still feel that his was the most eloquent - made me sound like a much better teacher than I was! I will get there though & make you proud :) You will continue to touch students as the many lives you guided continue your example.

john was one of the assistant principles at lincoln high school . I graduated in 2008 and revisited lincoln last year. He was still full of energy and saying his favorite line "class time!" he would rush the students into their classes and I wouldn't doubt that most students were in class because of him otherwise they'd be roaming the halls. To this day I thank him for caring enough to push me to go to class because not everyone cared as much as he did. You always could tell he had a big heart.

What can I say about Mr. Trent? He was the first one I met when I walked into Lincoln High School during my ninth grade year. He was one who was loving, happy, and loved working with us kids at LHS. Just to see how many of us adored him yesterday to show up to pay our respects was beyond. I know he will be loved and missed at LHS. :'( It surely is NOT the same without him. I have one memory that has stuck with me since last year, my ninth grade year. That memory was when we all sang happy birthday to him during pep rally last year. The smile on his face is something I will never forget.
R.I.P Mr. Trent :'( You will always be missed at LHS. You'll rest in each of our hearts. :(

I would like to start by giving my condolence to Mr. Trentanelli's family. He was truely a great man that really cared about everybody he ever came across. When I first heard you were gone, your face popped up in my head and I heard your voice yelling "CLASS TYME, HALL SWEEP"! Then you would rush me even though you knew I was right in front of my class.:) I remember the time I had you bust a move with the music from the bell. You were such a humble person all around. You never gave up on anybody even if they didn't want to better their selves, in the end they would because you changed that. You changed that about them because you really showed you cared and wanted what was best for them. You are really gonna be missed! I appreciate everything you did for me and grateful that you were in my life. I LOVE YOU Mr. Trentanelli. May God himself, bless your soul!
