My Mom had a wonderful life filled with love and amazing memories. Like any Italian Mom, among the ways she expressed her love was by feeding you your favorite meal. No one left my Moms house hungry. She had a huge family; together with my Dad, she had seven kids, their husbands and wives, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She also had six brothers and sisters and countless nephews, nieces and cousins. Yet she was able to make everyone feel special.
She did not have a formal education and yet my Mom could of had a successful career as a seamstress, designer, interior decorator, real estate developer, chef and the list goes on. I'd come to her for her advice and approval for so many things knowing I could trust her guidance. She taught me so much and I will miss being able to talk to her.
She was strong and giving and sacrificed so much for her family. I don't think I can only write one post so I'll just end here with Thank you and I Love You Mommy.
