Chiara Marie Desimini of Bedford NY, passed away on March 2, 2024, peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, she was 84 years old.

Born in Sannicandro di Bari, Italy on July 15th, 1939, she was the beloved daughter of Umberto and Costanza Stangarone.

Chiara touched so many lives and was loved by everyone who knew her. She was patient and kind, a very strong and loving soul that will be missed by all. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Left to grief is her beloved husband of 62 years, Pietro; their seven children, Vito Desimini and his wife Wendy, Mina Desimini, Burt Desimini and his wife Sue, Connie Neuert and her husband Kurt, Peter Desimini and his wife Rowena, Claire Vella and her husband Carmine, Mark Desimini, and his wife Sarah. Grandchildren: Michael Desimini and his wife Kristina, Matthew Desimini, Anthony Desimini, Peter Thomas Desimini, Peter III Desimini, Michael Alexander Desimini, Gabriella Vella, Sophia Desimini, Giulianna Vella, Isabella Desimini, Harrison Desimini, Joey Vella, Lillian, and Hudson Desimini Great Grand Children: Nicholas and Noelle Desimini

She is also survived by her siblings Marty, Germana, Domenica and Joe, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, and from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main Street, Mt. Kisco, NY 10549

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, at St. Patrick's Church in Bedford, State Road, Bedford Village, Bedford, NY, followed by final resting place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 Stevens Avenue, Valhalla, NY
