My Cousin Glenda was a great example of what the Bible calls a “ help mate”. She left a 55 years marriage legacy of till death do we part.
I considered Glenda an Aunt because I had such respect for her and she treated me like a Niece ( which is more endearing than a Cousin).
She carried herself with gentleness and humility.
My condolences to the entire Cox and Scott Family!
Special acknowledgment to her Top Notch Husband, Arnold Cox, her loving caregiver to the end!
May The Lord strengthen you during this time.

I am Michael Scott the youngest of Glenda’s 3 brothers. She was a kind, loving, gentle, and generous person I have never seen her angry or quarrelsome. My earliest memory of her is she always carrying me out with her and Daddy saying Ducky, you carrying out that miserable boy again.

To my loving sister Glenda, it was a pleasure being your little sister as you were always kind and generous and good to me.
You were the perfect example of a wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend. No words can express how I will miss you. Our once large family is dwindling slowly but I will continue to cherish all the great memories we shared at all our gatherings, vacations or just by me stopping by your home to say hello which always turned out to be hours of conversation along with you always sharing a meal.
Your beautiful spirit always shined no matter what you were going through and I admire you for that.
Sleep well my big sis, until we meet again in paradise.
P.S. You married a wonderful man who stood by you no matter what. Mr. Arnold Cox I want to say a BIG thank you for loving and cherishing my sister to the very end. I know it was extra hard over the past few years and I will be forever grateful to you for keeping your wedding vows. Dear Grandma,
Wherever you may be I know that you are happy, and smiling down on us all. I will never forget when you shared your crocheting things with me after I told you I liked the hobby too. I was really happy that my grandma could lend me crocheting things and loved crocheting just as much as I did. I still have the huge knitting needles you gave me. I always loved talking to you too. The conversations were short, but your kind voice was enough. If I heard you just say my name, that was enough to make my day. I always remember the day you took out our hair, because you are so gentle, unlike my mom. These little memories and many more I will always cherish. I love you, grandma.

My condolences to the Cox family. Auntie Glenda was a wonderful great aunt whose memory and cooking I will cherish dearly. I will always remember how she would keep out those delicious caramel squares or tamarind balls for me when I’d come to visit with my Granny. I’m glad I got to enjoy traveling at least one time to Trinidad and Tobago with my Granny, Auntie Glenda, and Auntie Sharon visiting uncles, aunts, and cousins - laughing while listening to everyone’s stories.
Sleep in peace auntie. Your Big Granny, your brother, and sisters are waiting for you.

I will always remember in 2005 when aunties Sharon, Alice and Glenda came to London a couple of days to my wedding.
The time spent together knowing each other was special, notably i remember in particular aunty Glenda's sweet and deep laughters.
My prayers and thoughts goes to the entire connected family and may the Lord comfort and strengthen everyone during this time.
May her gentle, lovely and wonderful soul rest in the abundance peace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
