So many memories, growing up neighbors. Working as band-boys together at 12 for his Dad's wedding band. Being taught to sing harmony by his Dad in the front seat of his Electra 225. Countless rehearsals in Haig's basement and many many gigs at high school dances all over the Bronx and Westchester. Moving 2 Leslie's for his organ in the back of Artie's van and so much more.. and that before we graduated high school. Rocco with his then new Image Makers business did some photo work for my 1st solo album. We were not in touch a lot as adults but every so often we'd reunite with some neighborhood friends and have a great time.
You'll be missed my and I'll always remember as my most long-term friend, in music, at PS68 and on the street corners of the Bronx. RIP and say hi to the family for me!
