Dear Uncle Michael, I remember last year i went to Johnny's Pizza with you and Gina for dinner i am sad we could not go again together. I am going to miss all the times i went to the Diner with you and we ate hamburgers and french fries with ketchup and Pepsi too. Thank you for the Hess Truck you gave me for my birthday and thank you for coming to my 16th birthday party at the Old Stone Mill with the Ninja Turtles i am happy i got a picture with You, Me, and Leonardo and Michelangelo saying "TURTLE POWER!" Dear Michael,
The pain & sadness I feel at this moment is way too great for me to bare. I am crying contstantly and can't stop. I am questioning why did this happen to you? I will miss you tremendously and will cherish all the memories of times we spent together. I am going to miss our talks, the secrets we shared, dinners out with family & friends, and quiet time we spent together especially the times you sat patiently & quietly, while I watched The Young & the Restless marathons on Saturday nights at your apartment (I know you are laughing at this one.) Michael, I hope you will finally find some peace and rest as it seemed you were growing tired of the daily routine. You will now be in the company of many friends & loved ones in heaven, your mom, your dad, Dr. Pecora, Barry, and my dad "Joe Bean", - the one you said sent you to me. My deepest sympathies go out to the Persico family and, to my sister, Gina, for their loss. Mike was a great man. Tons of charisma Nothing but class. I will miss him deeply, and I know all his friends and family will, as well. Just another example of the unfairness in life. He's in a better place now, along with all the others who we have loved, but have left us to.

You didn't deserve to go this way...it gets me sick to my stomach to think that something that could have been prevented was the reason why you had to leave us. I know if you were here now you would be cursing up and down to the OLD BAG who did this to you. He should not have been DRIVING as it was.....his license WILL BE REVOKED and WE ARE ALL going to make sure of it. Anyway I will miss you, thank you for all of your help and advice with my music career. I hope to follow through with everything you told me and to one day leave a mark in the industry just like you did. Going through all of your things and seeing all that you have accomplished is pretty impressive and amazing, I hope to one day be able to accomplish all that you have. You should be really proud of yourself, you did it big here on earth and I know you are going to be doing it big up there. It wont be the same here without you, but I know you are up there in a better place with grandpa, grandma, and poppy,nanny and every other loved one we have lost down here on earth. You are surrounded with the best people. I am still in shock that this has even happened, and probably will be for a very long time. Please watch over all of us. We love you and they say only the good die young and you were definitely one of the good. Michael Persico legacy will live on forever ..........till we meet again.

Uncle Michael, its so surreal to believe that your gone but I feel really lucky that I got to speak to you the day you were taken away from us so tragically. I am going to take your advice that you gave me on the phone and get that makeup license just like you said and work really hard, You didn't deserve what happened to you and I'm so sorry it did but i know you are in a much better place with Grandpa & Grandma. I'm really happy Victoria and I went to Haiku for dinner with you that one night a couple months ago, i will never forget how much her and i laughed at the story's you told us,that was a great night. I am going to miss most of all your funny, sarcastic sense of humor, some of the things you used to tell me would make me laugh for hours because you were the type of person who would say what everyone else was thinking and you weren't afraid to say it, and i respect you so much for that. It wont be the same here without you, especially around birthdays and holidays but i know you will be here with us in spirit. I saw you at the cemetery me and my family and I went to the old stone mill for dinner and I had steak french fries and sprite a soda. and I had fun at the Old stone mill with my family and last time I've danced with the Ninja Turtles at my 16th birthday party at the Resturant and I blew out the candles and I had the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cookie and candy for desert and I had the Chocolate cake for desert. I've been in phone contact with the attorney that is handling our families lawsuit against the 92 year old man that hit and killed you, and am pleased with his optimistic attitude. It could take as long as 2 to 3 years, but in the end that family will remember just what their father did to you!!!
I make you this promise ... I will NOT let up on that "old bastard" and or his family for what he did to you even if I need to pursue this on my own from Florida. I will make sure you get your revenge.
I miss our phone calls, and think of you often. Say Hi to mom and dad for me!
On the day of your funeral, I ended your eulogy in church with these words and there worth repeating now ... "Michael you're home now, with NO MORE worries. May you rest in peace, and enjoy your NEW life".
