Our love and sympathy goes out to Dawn's family and friends. We've had the honor of knowing the Re family ever since Jake and Matt became "sportsboys" playing together on various teams. We will always remember Dawn as the onsummate "sportsmom" and will miss her greatly on the sidelines. She cheered equally for each boy on the team, always offering a positive word of encouragement, passing on her upbeat and spirited outlook to all around her. She glowed from within whenever talking about her children. Dawn was beautiful, kind, ambitious and courageous. She was one of a kind and will be missed.

To the Re and Lawson families,
I am incredibly lucky to have known Dawn and to call her my friend. We knew each other from Dawn's Boston days and had such a great time. She was always so full of laughter and joy! One highlight is when we rented a limo for her birthday. It was an experience that we often recalled when whenever we got together. You are all in my thoughts as is Dawn.

Each bright and sunny morning will remind us of Dawn, and how Coach and Mrs. Lawson came to such fitting name. Each smile from Sam, Matt and Jason will remind us of Dawn, and how she still fills their hearts. Each time John does something silly we’ll think of what Dawn would’ve said about him, or the face she would’ve made. For us, Dawn will never fade.

Every summer at the Cape when we went on the go-karts, I was too scared to go by myself, so Dawn always offered to be my partner. She was always the brave one that I looked up to, especially during her battle with cancer. I will miss my racing partner, my mini golf team mate, and my beautiful, caring, hilarious aunt. With a family that loves her so much she won't ever be forgotten.
